The following is a simple 30 day challenge from Abraham Hicks, Lets do it and watch our lives change in the next 30 days......
From Abraham: “Within 30 days of mild effort, you can go from being one of the most resistant people on the planet to one of the least resistant people on the planet- and then, those who are watching you will be amazed by the number of manifestations that begin to occur in your physical experience.”
Here is the affirmation from Abraham as well:
” I’m going to begin my day by meditating and bringing myself into alignment with my Source Energy. And as I move through the day, I am going to look for opportunities to appreciate, so that all day long I’ll bring myself back into Source Energy. If there is an opportunity to praise, I’m going to praise; if there is an opportunity to criticize, I’m going to keep my mouth shut and try to meditate. If I feel like criticizing, I’ll say, ‘ Here kitty, kitty,’ and I’ll pet my cat until that feeling goes away.”
Simple enough, let see if we can stick to it for 30 days.

Beyond Measure
As my birthday approaches and I reflect on another year and on my life and I realize that I've been given more than beyond measure. There are many things I can look back on and I'm like dam that was stupid I wish I didn't do that,(one in particular comes to mind that was terrible) but our decisions help make us who we are today whether good or bad decisions. All that aside I believe that with every seed of adversity there is one of equal or great value. Gratitude is a theme that you will see over and over again in this blog because I truly believe in the power of gratitude and what it can do in our lives. We all have much to be grateful for and be happy for in our lives. Lets all focus today on the small things in our life that brings us joy and lets realize that we've all been given more than beyond measure. There is a great song that I love, that I'm go leave you with today. The song is by Jermey Camp, a Christian Artist but this song can and should be applied to anyone of us regardless of any religious affiliation. The lyrics are written below and I'll also include a link to the song. Blast the song feel the emotion and change your life.
By the way the song is called Beyond Measure.
The fog has finally cleared to see, The beautiful life you've given me To feel the breeze of my newborn's gentle breath With one to walk hand in hand, To share this life that you have planned It's like a storybook with dreams That are meant to see every next step is an extraordinary scene
I know that I've been, Given more than beyond measure,I come alive when,I see beyond my fears I know that I've been given more than earthly treasure, I come alive when I've broken down and given You control
I've faced a great tragedy,But have seen the works of what You bring A display of faith that You give, I don't know if I will ever understand The depth of what it is You've done inside,But I know that I won't find any worth apart from You I know that I've been,Given more than beyond measure, I come alive when,I see beyond my fears I know that I've been given more than earthly treasure,I come alive when I've broken down and given You control Everything that I have Has been given so unselfishly And shown that even when I don't deserve You always show the fullness of Your love
I know that I've been,Given more than beyond measure,I come alive when,I see beyond my fears I know that I've been given more than earthly treasure,I come alive when I've broken down and given You control When I've broken down and given You control

GIVE OF YOURSELF!!!!
This is going to be short and sweet.....stop taking and taking and being a physical and spiritual leech. Why aren't you succeeding in life? Why aren't you happy? Give and you shall receive! Give a little of yourself, ask how you can be of benefit to others and not how they can be of benefit to you. Give without expecting in return every once in a while and just see how by giving you will receive more than you imagined.

It Hurts! GOD WHY?
We all hurt at some time or another. We can all practice the law of attraction, pray without ceasing, meditate and do a million other thing but things still hurt sometimes. That's not to say all or some of those things aren't beneficial to us because they are and they can definitely make are quality of life better.........but bottom line is we are still human exploring are divine potential. Some of you are probably wondering where is he going with this, well here it is........Pain and hurt is the Divine in disguise!!!! (I'm probably going to lose subscribers of my blog after that last statement.) Hurt which usually comes in the package of adversity. Its what you do with this package that creates a life of success. All the great saints, business leaders, and world leaders lived through hurt and adversity. What they do diffrent that the average joe doesn't is they use it. They allow it to take its course and make it there greatest source of strength. They see a seed of greater or equal value in every seed of adversity. GOD is everywhere and in everything, that in includes your trials, hurt and adversity. I'd like to add that I believe that are awarnerss of GOD (whatever that might be to you) is most heighten in human perception during these times. When was the last time you saw GOD in your hurt?
The following quote is GREAT!!!!
Hermann Hesse:
You know quite well, deep within you, that there is only a single magic, a single power, a single salvation...and that is called loving. Well, then, love your suffering. Do not resist it, do not flee from it. It is your aversion that hurts, nothing else.
I'm going to leave you with a couple more great quotes:
Fritz Williams:
Suffering and joy teach us, if we allow them, how to make the leap of empathy, which transports us into the soul and heart of another person. ln those transparent moments we know other people's joys and sorrows, and we care about their concerns as if they were our own.
Helen Keller:
Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, vision cleared, ambition inspired, and success achieved.
Ps. "Change the way you look at things and the things you look at will change." - Wayne Dyer
I say this to myself everyday. Medtate on it and practice it and watch your life transform..
You might want to vist his website....http://www.drwaynedyer.com/ He's a great author!
Pss. This last comment is for those silly enough to believe that I'm teaching to look for pain and suffering. NO NO NO!!! I'm just saying use it and allow it to make you a better person. We can all afford to become better people.

Live an Extraordinary Life by Anthony/Tony Robbins
Great video and very few people can speak on this topic like Tony Robbins.
I figured that rather than hear me speak on the topic, you might be more motivated to take action by hearing him.

My First Message for Life!!!!
Well its 1:50am and I'm writing my First Blog Ever. The reason I've started this blog is simple, I want to encourage and uplift people on a consistent basis. My prayer is that I can accomplish this even with a small message day. Well enough of this lets get to.......
My First Message For Life!!!!
As your go through your day today I want you to make it a point to find about 5 minutes of your time and start being grateful for things in your life. I'm going to use a sales training acronym, KISS, Keep it Simple Stupid. No need to even think about the great sporting event you went last year or the big house you flipped when real estate was hot. How about I have the eyes to read this blog, or for that job that although you hate it, pays the bills. Okay okay so you did it and now your like this was simple and no biggie but did you FEEL IT. Deep down did you feel the gratitude resonate in you. I want you to do this everyday and not as an unconscious routine but one that you are aware of and 5 minutes you look forward to everyday. I promise you if you do this everyday for the next 30 days you will notice a drastic change in your life and for some of you who won't practice this everyday I have one question, "WHY". Remember when your grateful for a little, you'll be given more to be grateful more. Sow gratitude and you'll reap a life with more to be grateful for. I want to leave you with a great words by someone name Melodie Beattie.
Here it goes," Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity......
It turns problems into gifts, failures into success, the unexpected into perfect timing, and mistakes into important events. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.
Ps. If you didn't like my first blog post well sorry I did warn you it was my First Message for Life!
